摘要

Higher order Boussinesq-type equations for wave propagation over variable bathymetry are derived. With enhancements of the finite order Taylor expansion for the velocity field, the applied range of the present model is extended to ▽h ~ O(1) for slope bottom. The validations of linear shoaling and Booij's tests are carried out. The computational results are found in good agreement with the theoretical solution as well as other numerical results available.
