Multi-function Current-mode Second-order Filters Using a Single MOCCII

摘要

This paper presents a configuration circuit of multi-function current-mode second-order filter using a single MOCCII. It is constructed by one MOCCII and four RC elements, and can realize a low-pass, band-pass and high-pass filters. The active and passive sensitivities are analyzed and hardware experiments are made. The circuits have the advantages that include very simple circuit structure, very low sensitivities (all less than 1/2), multi-function and easiness to realization. Hardware experimental results of the circuits are in good agreement with theoretical results.
