Problems and Relative Countermeasures in the Process of Regional Informationization

摘要

Regional informationization is a process of developing regional information industry by adjusting measures to local conditions, making use of ICT and relative activities to alter and develop social, economic and living areas, improving the people's living standard and environmental quality and accelerating regional modernization. However, there are many problems such as maladjustment among development of IT and information network, talent training and system establishment in the process of regional informationization construction in China. The article proposes the relative solutions: to make full use of information resources; to make general plans designedly for information industry; to train and introduce the professional talents; to open market further and provide free environment for investors; to ensure sustainable construction of informationization industry; to learn advanced technology and draw useful lessons from the developed countries.
