'Reasonable Quality' of Superhighway Construction Projects

This paper, based upon the status quo of "quality surplus" and "quality shortage" in the domestic superhighway construction projects, puts forward the concept of the "reasonable quality" of the superhighway construction projects. The paper then analyzes the factors influencing reasonable quality, discusses the defining model and reasonable quality chain control based on Quality Function Deployment (QFD) technique, etc. The paper offers new solutions and references for the reduction of quality surplus" and "quality shortage" in the domestic superhighway construction projects.
