Here we would like to create an adequate space to join students and scientists interested in discussing about modeling and the use of mathematical tools and computational methods applied to some specific areas of the ligand bind to proteins and methods to bio-monitoring ecosystems health. Scope covers themes such as the Stern-Volmer theory, mathematical and computational treatment of spectroscopic data from experiments performed to study diverse classes of ligands transported by proteins, such as albumins, as well as bio-monitoring organisms to control human health and preserve ecosystems. Our expectation is bring together researchers working in the study of such interactions in a wide range of systems, from natural products to synthetic pharmaceutics, with an emphasis to the novel biological therapeutics named aptamers and other oligo-nucleotide and protein therapeutics. Organizers are reviewers for most of important journals in the field and have been actively publishing papers in this research line. Once more we invite all who can gather the session and take the occasion to change experiences.
