The orthogonal experimental method was adopted to investigate the effects of the eight factors on the thermal,rnmechanical and dielectric properties of the purified multiwalls carbon nanotubes (p-MWCNs)-epoxy (EP)-rnpolyetherssulfone (PES) composites. The results of measurements show that the thermal, mechanical andrnelectronic performances of the p-MWCNs-EP-PES composites were improved remarkably with the increase ofrncontent of p-MWCNs. At the best cases, the heat-resisting temperatue of 40wt% p-MWCNs-EP-PES compositesrnis raised to 350℃, the bending strength is increased by ca. 136% and its value is ca.42MPa, and the volumernresistivity is decreased by six orders of magnitude and its value is 0.1415MΩ cm, compared with the EP-PESrncomposites whose corresponding values are 100℃, 17.8MPa, and 8.59×10~5 MΩ cm, respectively.
