Enterprise International Operation in Network Economy Times

Network economy is penetrating into every field and the speed of international economy globalization is accelerating, all of which are beneficial to the further development of multinational company's foreign investment and its integrative international production system. This article puts focus on analyzing some new trends-the changes of operation environment and the way of survival, the changes of product , the changes of management organization structure and business process, etc. According to these new trends, this article puts forward the opportunities and challenges that our enterprises are confronting with and the realistic choice that our enterprises should make in implementing international operation process under the global strategies.
