The detection, prevention and control outbreak of vector-borne diseases is a major challenge in India and worldwide. Internet of Things as present technology can be used as a vital tool for early detection of vector-borne diseases. It saves lives of people who are notable to get timely medical treatment at early stages. This paper checks the feasibility to implement IoT technologies as a tool for detection of vector-borne diseases at early stages and proposes a National level framework for controllingan outbreakof vector-bornediseases. The survey is conducted in the remote areas of Punjab. The author proposes internet of things based four-tier framework National Healthcare System which describes district level, state level, zone level and union level framework for controlling vector-borne diseases. The author also discusses the methodology for the interaction of the user, doctor and hospital with propose framework and hardware framework for interacting Internet of Things sensors, services and application with propose framework. This paper tries to find a solution based on various researchers working inthe same domain and provides high quality,low-cost healthcare facilities all over India.
