Failure Mechanism Analysis of Certain Fuze Based on Accelerated Life Testing

摘要

On the basis of the failure distribution of a certain fuze under the conditions of normal stress and high stress levels and its composition variation under the accelerated life testing, the failure mechanism is analyzed and the conclusion that the failure mechanism of the fuze is unchanged at the stress levels of 80 ℃ temperature and 90% relative humidity is gained.
