Application of Recombinant Viral Vector Vaccine in Veterinary Medicine

摘要

With the development of genetic engineering, recombinant DNA technique has been applied to design adequate virus vector and express foreign gene in order to overcome some problems that present viral vaccines have. In this review, we introduce three kinds of viruses: poxviruses, adenoviruses and herpesviruses have been widely used as expressive vectors in the field of veterinary medicine, which can be used to produce recombinant vaccines and prevent animals from diseases.
