The dimension of jig-pin during parts assembly process mainly determines Electron Guns' aperture alignment. The new material - 'Powdered Metallurgical Super-fine High Alloy-tool-steel' to replace currently used material - SKH51 for jig-pin during parts assembly, as well as changed the heat treatment condition as to improve pin deformation and fracture.
