Low Temperature Poly Silicon (LTPS) is becoming a standard technology helping Thin Film Transistors (TFT) driving Active Matrix Displays (AMOLED and AMLCD). It is, then, necessary to design and to simulate poly silicon TFT based drivers and circuits. To reach the required level of simulation efficiency, an accurate model has been developed. This model takes into account all the operating regimes, capacitors contributions and frequency dispersion effects.
