Company valuation describes a current field that includes economic and financial analysis, financial theory and business strategy. Our first objective is to present the main valuation methods and to establish the link between them. The second objective is the practical presentation of valuation based on concrete analysis. The third objective is to show how diverse methods lead to different results to the objectives of the valuation.
