The empirical research on dynamic evaluation of the transfer-ability of industry undertaking based on overall factor analysis — Based on panel data of Hebei province

The transfer-ability of industry undertaking is the comprehensive reflection of comparative and competitive advantage with which a country or region is suit for some industrial transfer and development. In order to evaluate the transfer-ability of industry undertaking comprehensively, objectively and dynamically, this paper constructs the comprehensive evaluation index system, combining with the panel data of 2005–2011, and makes the comprehensive evaluation to the 11 prefecture-level city in Hebei province using overall factor analysis. Based on the analytical result, the 11 Prefecture-level City are divided into 4 levels throgth the hierarchical cluster analysis, which represent the four spatial gradient of from the transfer-ability of industry undertaking low to high. The empirical results show that there are certain differences among the 11 Prefecture-level City in Hebei province. The strong dual-core is Tangshan and Shijiazhuang; Langfang, Cangzhou and Handan are higher; Qinhuangdao, Baoding, Hengshui and Xingtai are general; Chengde and Zhangjiakou are below average.
