This research attempts to find out the consumer's perception about prepaid energy meter in Khulna city. In this research 100 consumers of different category like domestic, commercial, small industries were selected in where prepaid meter is installed already for various period of time. This paper reveals that consumer prefer prepaid energy meter to postpaid meter & this is because of very much useful & attractive feature of it.
