Design of Bounded Wave NEMP (RS105) Test Simulator

摘要

Nuclear EMP destroys power grids electronic systems, communication. NEMP hardness is essentially required to be incorporated in systems during design itself. NEMP RS105 Test as per MIL-STD 461E/F is conducted on the systems to achieve desired level of confidence that the systems are designed and implemented for NEMP Hardness. NEMP Test system consists of EMP Simulator for simulation of NEMP Pulse. The paper describes the various test simulators used for conduct of NEMP RS105 Test as per MIL-STD 461E/F. It brings out the advantages of bounded wave simulator over radiating type.
