In iron mixed-valence complex, (M-C_3H_7)_4N[Fe~(II)Fe~(III)(dto)_3] (dto = C_2O_2S_2), the linkage isomerisation and charge-transfer between Fe~(II) and Fe~(III) occur in the precipitation process. We succeeded the suppression of linkage-isomerization and charge-transfer in the formation process of (n-C_3H_7)_4N[Fe~(II)Fe~(III_(dto)_3] by the synthesis on low temperature condition and the selection of solvent. Moreover, we have found that the charge transfer occurs in the formation of (n-C_4H_9)_4N[Fe~(II)Fe~(III)(mto)_3] (mto = C_2O_3S) without linkage-isomerization.
