摘要

A novel way of measuring static magnetic shielding efficiency of Grain Oriented and Non Oriented Electrical Steel has been developed based on Finite Element modelling and practical measurements. Some typical shielding efficiency curves for various grades of electrical steel have been produced. Investigations show that the new method is more useful for static magnetic shielding performance of electrical steel than alternative approaches.
