摘要

The pathological status of living soft tissue has closernrelation with the quasi-static mechanical properties,rnparticularly, the softness. Thus, measuring and monitoringrnof tissue softness is of great importance to human health.rnThis study is focused on development of a tissue softnessrnsensor so that the softness of the tissue could be measured.rnConceptual design of the sensor is proposed andrntheoretical analysis was carried out based onrneastodynamics. The Young’s module of tissue is measuredrnusing the developed sensor and the analysis has shown therngood performance of the sensor.
