The rapid growth of enterprises generally companiesrnwith the expanding of the size of organization, and thernorganizational expanding always results in the dilution ofrnorganizational trust. So the growing entrepreneurialrnventures face a pressure to reinforce the formallyrnorganizational controls. However, this results in morernserious mistrust situation. That is a trust dilemma in rapidrnenterprise growth. Based on the researches in psychology,rnsociology and economics, this paper differentiates therndefinitions of trust, distinguishes several theories in thernbuilding of organizational trust. Especially, this paperrnconsiders the relationship between trust and control withinrnorganization, and argues that there are both a substitutionrneffect and a complement effect between trust and control.rnBesides, a brief dynamic model of building organizationalrntrust is brought forward.
