摘要

This paper presents computer application to calculate underground cable ampacity. This is most important and significant task for construction site engineer is to calculate underground power cable ampacity based on site condition. The power cable ampacity changes as per site condition parameters. This application is based on Neher-McGrath ampacity calculation method. There are many tabular methods for cable ampacity calculation but by applying this computer aid application it will reduces error as well as cable ampacity as per site working condition.
