Study on Chinese University Crisis Management: Current Situations and Countermeasures

摘要

In new period,university crisis events take place frequently,therefore,how to prevent,relieve and eliminate trauma caused by university crisis events has become a new task facing the practical and theoretical workers.It is valuable for introducing crisis management concept to university management research and furthermore developing crisis management mechanism to meet the management requirements of Chinese universities.Combining with crisis management theory in enterprise management and features of universities,the paper expounds the concept of crisis on university and crisis management on university.Aiming at system,idea and institution of Chinese university crisis management,some suggestions are brought about,which includes increasing crisis consciousness,constructing university crisis management group,developing crisis warning system and carrying on effective communication.
