Education Training System of Primary and Middle School Teachers in Network Environment

In order to develop teachers' ability of educational technology, this paper designed the Langfang city primary and secondary school teachers' educational technology training system. The main technical line of teacher's education technical skills training system is to build a platform. This platform can support the wide-area learning resource sharing, support personalized learning and support large-scale learners learning corporately. The training system for primary and middle school teachers' educational technology ability broke through the limitation of time and space, overcome the deficiency of the old training mode. The teacher can make a choice and grasp the study progress based on their own needs; the training system can reduce the burden of teachers and improve the efficiency.
