Project Management: A Soft Systems Cultural Literary Review

摘要

This paper presents a cultural based project management literary review. Project management systems consist ofrntechnical and social systems whose interactions are to provide a desired end product within a specific budget andrnschedule. The project management technical systems have been well documented. The project management teamrncultural aspects are not as well defined or documented. The intent of this literary review is to see if there arernidentifiable trends occurring, within the Project Management Journal and International Journal of ProjectrnManagement. The basic research question the paper addresses: Is project management sociotechnical culturalrnsystems receiving increased emphasis?
