Talents selection is a key step in decision making for Talents selection systems. According to selection method and flow of the talents is proposed based on fuzzy preference relation and C-IOWA operator, which can overcome the subjectivity of expert in the process of talents selection in great degree, and improve the efficiency and quality of group decision making.
