Reconstitutive analyses of impacts of intraluminal pressure on angiogenic morphogenesis

This paper addresses to establish an ex vivo assay system with a microfluidic device, which enables to evaluate the underlyingrnmechanism(s) of angiogenic morphogenesis in a reconstitutive way, and using the system, to clarify the impacts of intraluminalrnpressure, one of the blood flow-mediated physical forces, on it.
