Problems and the Prospects of Training for Providing the Gain of High-Performance Jobs in the Conditions of Cluster Diversification and Digitalization of the Russian Economy

Results of the analysis of problems and the prospects of creation and staffing of high-performance jobs in the region in the conditions of transition to digital economy are presented in article. On the basis of use of general scientific ways of systematization and group of data, comparisons, logiko-analytical assessment of parameters are defined purposes and the directions of development of personnel capacity of Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, an assessment of a role of regional higher education institution in activization of processes of creation and modernization of high-performance jobs is given. Results of the analysis can be used in the course of development and realization of strategy of innovative development of the region and also the program of modernization and creation of new high-performance jobs in the territory of the republic.
