The fast set-up of machines is a key element in reducing inventory in all areas of the company. They lead to the release of frozen capital. By gradually increasing the flexibility of the processes, it is possible to provide to customer expected value the value expected by him at the time when he needs it. The use of a system that shortens the set-up process leads to a situation in which we are able to produce smaller batches, which also allows us to reduce the level of stock in the entire company.
