Monopulse radars increase the detection capability and distance resolution, but also make the angular glint become obvious. This will cause large angle measurement and angle tracking error, and the quality of terminal guidance will be seriously affected without effective suppression. On the basis of not changing the radar system, this paper carries out experiments on two kinds of signal processing methods with good application in engineering, and further optimizes the better method with an extended Kalman filter. The experimental results show that the method proposed in this paper has a good suppression effect on angular glint, and the algorithm is relatively simple, which is worthy of application in engineering and provides a possibility for further improving the guidance accuracy.
