The Third Part Logistics Service Project Management's Multi-target Integration Controlling Study

摘要

This paper discusses either the management character of the 3rd part logistics service project operation and the tend of business or the project management (PM) whose advantages are multi-target integration. In order to bridge the gap by the operational in logistics service project and the theory and method of project management in 3PL, we proposes to a definitude framework and route to apply the theory and method of PM in logistics service project, which focuses on the close relation factors TQC ( the time, the quality and the cost) in contracts applications. Moreover, the multi-target integration models in respect of the 3 key factors: TQC is developed, which is to answer the problem how to integrate trade-off logistics project targets: the schedule, the completion quality, and the cost by means of mathematics analyses. The framework is confirmed to be the foundation of sustainable system in related multi-target controlling both in the future academic study and corporate executives’ practice in logistics project PM.
