Teaching Designing Mode of Management Science Based on Constructivism

摘要

Management science belongs to the typical knowledge field with bad structure. Therefore, we must polish design for this teaching to achieve the teaching goal. The doctrine of build and construct has provided the brand new thoughts for us to put up this kind of teaching design. It makes us propose the teaching design in the resolving process of problems with bad structure on the basis of studying on the resolving process of problems with bad structure, for example, the whole teaching design and listing the knowledge inventory, developing the situation of true task, teachers look for, choose and develop the typical cases and set up project groups to develop the activities. This kind of teaching design requires that teachers have correct insight on the cognitive process of students and the teachers become the excellent “shelves” which the students can learn from. The students develop the most true, relevant and important skills by teaching help, then they can utilize this kind of advanced skill to make the knowledge of management science built and meaning constructed well-knit in their hearts.
