摘要

A p-type polyaniline (Pan) film was electrochemically polymerised directly onto n-type barium titanate (BaTiO_3) ceramic, thus a n-BaTiO_3/p-PAn heterojunction was fabricated. It is demonstrated experimentally that the heterojunction shows rectifying characteristics. The influences of the microstructure and voltage-sensitive characteristics of electrolyte buffer on the heterojunction was studied.
