摘要

Due to recent increases in monitoring tasks in VDT activities, there are concerns that lack of activity induces reduced level of central nerve arousal, thereby hampering workability during emergencies. This study has proved that the incorporation of a proper amount of overall physical activity into the program may be effective. Future assignments could possibly include an overall body exercise when there is down ward bias of circadian rhythm of CFF where it does not show fatigue Lightening effects.
