IT (information technology) as manager will be achieved with a centralized computer system for interaction among individuals for removal of psychological conflicts. IT-manager could be described as a procedure for work motivation on hybridization of three theories of motivation - instinct theory, drive theory and expectancy theory with the chief aim to provide well-organized schemas to employees, to develop good social cognition, to enhance social learning, to promote high self-esteem, to enhance self-monitoring, to connect instincts, drives and incentives and to drive esteem and self-actualization needs. IT-manager will be a way for developing well cohesiveness among employees. On the view of drive theory of social facilitation, with evaluation apprehension and concern over self-presentation IT-manager will enhance performance of individual. With these IT-manager will prove to be a key against social loafing on proper identifying output of individual, pressuring toward commitment, proper evaluation of contributions and strengthening of group cohesiveness. IT-manager is targeting to achieve the attributes of the 21st century management.
