摘要

This paper developed a physics-based flood runoff model which is applied for continental-scale rivers. One kilometer mesh data were used to consider the hydrological phenomena and the topographies in small basins which are important to reproduce flood peak discharge on few-day duration. By calibrating evapotranspiration and considering groundwater storage, this model reproduces the observed daily discharge at Yichang, the upper reach terminal, over the two years in good accuracy
