摘要

The glycyrrhizic acid in glycyrrhiza leaching liquid is extracted by aqueous two-phase system. The orthogonal design is applied to investigate the effects of PEG molar mass and the ratio of leaching liquid to extractant and the ratio of PEG to (NH4)2SO4. Finally the best conditions were selected as follows: the PEG molar mass was 2000; the ratio of leaching liquid to extractant was 1:2; the ratio of PEG to (NH4)2SO4 was 1:1; the distribution coefficient of glycyrrhizic acid was 11.8 and the recovery yield of glycyrrhizic acid was about 92.2%.
