摘要

A subcritical uniflow boiler with waterwall tubes explosion caused by high-temperature corrosion in a power plant was studied in this thesis.Numerical simulations of gas-particle flows are conducted for comparison of the redesign with the original design in terms of coal-particle flows velocity, concentration and kinetic energy distribution, and the causes for high-temperature corrosion of waterwall tubes of a tangentially fired boiler are analyzed. And the redesign is proved to be a good solution to resolve the problem.
