Study on Knowledge Management and Its Key Factors in the Organization

摘要

Today, there is a growing recognition by researchers and practitioners on the importance of managing knowledge as a critical source for competitive advantage. This paper investigates the roots of knowledge management in organizations, identifies three main types of key factors which will influence the success of KM initiatives in an organization and characterizes the individual factors in each type.
