摘要

In the present paper, the high viscousity and viscoelasticity fluids were used as experimental medium according to rheological properties of the molten poly (ethylene terephthalate). The liquid film flow behaviors such as film-forming, thickness, liquid hold up, velocity distribution, surface renewal, mixing efficiency, power consumption and so on were studied by the cold model test in Φ300,Φ500,Φ2000mm disc-ring reactors, especially, the difference in film flow behaviors of two kinds of liquid was stressed.
