LIQUID FILM PRODUCING APPARATUS AND APPARATUS FOR MEASURING DILATATIONAL VISCOELASTICITY OF LIQUID FILM

A liquid film producing apparatus and an apparatus for measuring dilatational viscoelasticity of a liquid film are used for measuring physicochemical properties of a foam film. The apparatus for measuring dilatational viscoelasticity of a liquid film comprises a liquid film producing apparatus (18) and an apparatus for producing upward and downward displacements and sinusoidal oscillation (19). The liquid film producing apparatus (18) comprises an upper ring component (A) and a lower ring component (B). The lower ring component (B) comprises a metal ring sleeve (1), a ring groove being provided on a peripheral side of a lower ring-shaped tool edge (5B) of the metal ring sleeve (1). The lower ring component (B) further comprises: a liquid guide layer (2) formed by a porous material provided on an upper portion of the ring groove, a bottom surface of the liquid guide layer (2) enclosing the ring groove to form a sealed liquid supply vacant groove; a cover plate (3) made of hydrophobically treated metal or polytetrafluoroethylene, partially covering the liquid guide layer (1) from the above, an overflow groove (6) oriented toward the center of the liquid film producing apparatus (18) being formed between an internal circumferential edge of the cover plate (3) and the lower ring-shaped tool edge (5B); a hose coupler (21), the hose coupler (21) being provided on the metal ring sleeve (1), communicating with the liquid supply vacant groove, and externally connected to a liquid supply-pressure regulating system (8). The liquid film producing apparatus can obtain a liquid film thicker or thinner than a liquid film obtained through natural gravity drainage, the drainage process is reversible, and the thickness of the film can be accurately controlled, which facilitates repeated tests and contrast tests, and the level of an upper ring thereof is easily regulated.
