摘要

Capillary electrophoresis-laser induced fluorescence (CE-LIF) detection supplies a efficient, sensitive and fast detection for DNA fragments and polymerase chain reaction (PCR) products. PCR is one of the most useful techno-ligies developed for amplification of genomic materials,which produces 10~5 more target sequence, and it is widely applied to the diagnosis of genetic and infectious disease. Tx. gene (NPC transforming gene)is a gene relative to NFC. In the paper, CE-LIF detection system was used for analysis of PCR products from Tx gene.
