Human Resource Management in BPR

摘要

Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) is a fashionable mode of management of today. Based on analyzing the characteristics of BPR, this paper discusses the influence of BPR on organization and staff, and further discusses the Human Resource Management (HRM) under the influence of BPR. This paper will be benefit to improve the HRM of the enterprises which implement BPR.
