Conditioning influence on the output signal delivered by an optical fibre sensor embedded in concrete for applying to smart structures

The output information delivered of an optical fibre sensor embedded in concrete depends on mechanical coupling between material, transducer body and optical fibre. We tried to estimate the "filtering" function by numerical approach and experiment.
