摘要

In this paper, we describe a detection algorithm for detecting moving objects in a video frame. The proposed method utilizes the interframe difference and applies dynamic binarization using discriminant analysis. Through experiments, it was demonstrated that when the object to be detected moves in the field of view of a camera, the proposed method can distinguish between the presence and absence of the object. The positions of the moving object in the image are determined by observing the histograms of each frame.
