摘要

In this work, the vertical direction magnetic field design of a multi-spiral stacked inductors is presented. It will be easy to get better inductance value by covering magnetic material, due to stacking method enhances the inductance density of the inductor for a given area. This paper reports an optimization technique for design and implementation of the PCB inductors with magnetic material. The proposed scheme shows higher inductance and lower DC resistance value compared to the non-optimized.
