Expressway Slope of Baihua Mountain in Ecological Restoration Demonstration Project is the subproject of Men Tougou ecological general plan & technology research and technology demonstration taken charge by Men Tougou scientific committee. This demonstration project is located at the 14. 5 miles of Baihua scenic area transportation line, and dome area is about 2000 m~2 . Surrounding vegetational cover is very good. Highway construction formed slope, the slope is not inerratic; slope rock stratum is consists of gravel accumulation body, soil and stone sandwich structures, slope soil, water and nutrient preserving capability are poor; there is no intestinal retention of fluid, runoff water assembled from the top of the slope isnt too much;annual mean temperature is 10. 2℃ ,and the max temperature is 37. 6℃ (in July) ,the min temperature is -22. 9℃ (in January) ;annual precipitation is 600mm; sunny slope and strong wind.
