The present technology relates to a kind of landscape restoration process, and particularly relates to the Technology of Ecological Restoration Mountain Rock Landscapes in the use of ecology landscapes and treatments of waste elements. It solves the problems that abandoned mine rocks without ecological treatments lack of green plant landscapes. Technical schemes of the technology: First of all, make ecological liquid the Pioneering Technology of Ecological Restorations needs. By weight counting units, ecological liquid formula consists of (the weight ratio in 100 units): 66-72 units of waste sawing foam, 19-25 units of tea oil residue, 23-29 units of people urine, 11-13 units of bittern, 8-11 units of mosses (rolled into powders).
