摘要

A mechanism of formation of short pitch corrugation on sharp curves of subway lines is proposed, according to field observations made in Milano underground. Two levels of modellization are adopted in order to verify the capability of the proposed mechanism of reproducing the main features of corrugation, on the different kinds of tracks examined.
