The results of microwave observations with the help ofrnRATAN-600 radio telescope point to the existence ofrnthe earliest manifestations of incipient activity in radiornemission of flare-producing active region(s) FPAR. Thernphenomena are grouped in the frequency range from 16rnGHz to 5 GHz and become recorded both in intensityrnand polarization emission spectra. Most of them arernappeared about 2 or 3 days before the big flare events.rnThere is a good correlation between the effectsrndiscovered and flare production (Bogod, Tokhchukova,rn2003). For their study the combination of frequencyrnwide coverage with good spectral resolution and activernregion separation is necessary. The different methodicrnof FPARs forecast are discussed.rnThe importance of radio telescope parametersrnoptimization for the preflare radio emission detected inrnFPARs is made. The different models for description ofrnthe preflare features in such active regions are proposed.
