摘要

Marine natural products, bistratamides, were synthesized by using heavy fluorous protecting group, ~FTeoc or light fluorous one, ~FBoc. The intermediates of both methods were easily isolated by fluorous liquid phase extraction and solid phase extraction, respectively. Precursors of bistratamide H and its unnatural diastereomer were simultaneously prepared by quasi-racemic mixture synthesis. Each component of the mixture was cleanly separated by fluorous flash column chromatography.
